James joined CDEC in 2007 and has been responsible for the day-to day financial operations of the company since that time.
Prior to joining CDEC James spent seven years working for LaSalle Bank in Chicago.
James earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois at Chicago and holds a Series 6 license and a Series 63 license.
